Evolve Distilling is a craft distillery in Claremont with a vibrant and ambient tasting room tucked away in an industrial center off Claremont Blvd and Foothill Blvd. Evolve Distilling is quickly becoming a local treasure and favorite distillery in Los Angeles county as they are known for their dedication to quality and innovative spirits-each meticulously crafted in-house.
Exceptional Spirits and Tasting Room Experience
Their tasting room is open to the public three days a week from 4-10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. The ambient lighting and moody vibes lends to a quaint and charming atmosphere.
At the tasting room, grab a flight to sample up to four spirits including liqueurs. Many are award winning! Here are some spirits that are a must:

The Evolve Distilling bartenders are as friendly as they get and offer a personalized customer service experience. The bartenders are Jacob, Zach, Phil, and Rosemary AKA Miss Claremont (yes, I bartend there a few nights out of the month!)
Live Music and Private Events
Evolve Distilling is more than just a distillery; it’s a home away from home where you can enjoy crafted spirits in good company and often with live music!
Claremont Music Scene hosts ‘Speakeasy Nights’ at Evolve Distilling where you purchase a ticket ahead of time to get a secret passcode to enter the building to enjoy an evening of live music. Speakeasy Nights vary in music genre from jazz and blues to Island and folk. During these Speakeasy Nights, food is available for purchase by Modern Mayhem Sweets⎯a local catering favorite.

Private Barrel Program
Evolve Distilling offers a one-of-a-kind Private Barrel Program where you can create your own custom barrel of bourbon, whiskey, rye, or gin in sizes of 5, 10, or 53 gallons, all aged onsite. The experience begins with a private whiskey tasting and a consultation with their distillers to craft your unique mash. From there, they distill your spirit and age it in your personal barrel at the distillery for the agreed-upon duration, allowing you to sample it along the way.
When your spirit has fully matured, you’ll celebrate with a release and bottling party! Your spirit will also come with bottles, toppers, personalized labels, and a space to share the moment with your friends.
